  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently only accept Paypal for online purchases. Other payment methods can be used by calling the store and placing an order over the phone at 724-837-4136.


  2. What shipping options are available?

    We ship all orders via Fedex  to the United States, Canada and Mexico.  Orders shipped to the lower 48 U.S. States over $50.00 are shipped for free.

    Orders are shipped within ten days, with most arriving at their destinations within two weeks.

  3. How secure is my online order?

    Your online order's security is verified using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption through PayPal. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your compute transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

    If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer for browsing, your transactions will be fully encrypted and secure when you buy. If you would like to use a different browser, make sure that the browser you choose supports SSL encryption.

    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to PayPal, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

  4. What is your policy for returns?

    We accept returns on defective or incorrect products within 30 days of the shipment date. Worn or used goods cannot be returned. Please contact us for specific warranty information.

    If a received item is incorrect due to our mistake we will exchange the item with no additional shipping cost. Items returned for other reasons will not be refunded.

  5. How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

    You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check the Junk Mail folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved instead of being sent to your inbox.

  6. Where can I look for information about orders I have placed?

    Details about your order are included in the confirmation email. You can also access your account information including order status, order history, addresses, and wishlist, as well as product reviews and tags, by logging in to the My Account page.
